The EA Way
No.1 Safari Briefing
We start with a blank sheet of paper and a safari chat (that we like to call your safari briefing) to get an idea of your travel style, wish list and safari holiday essentials. This can be done by phone, email, skype or in person should you find yourself in Brisbane or Johannesburg.
No.2 Safari Tailoring
Our service is a collaborative and creative one. Your dedicated specialist will present some ideas for inspiration and tailored safari holiday itineraries based on your initial briefing. There will be the opportunity for fine-tuning to ensure the perfect itinerary is tailored to meet your needs and exceed expectations.
No. 3 Safari Payment
When you are happy with the tailored luxury safari holiday itinerary we designed for you, a 30% deposit is paid and the final balance is payable 60 days prior to travel. Please note there are a few exclusive safari experiences that require up to a 40% deposit (like self driving in Tanzania) and this will be communicated with you early on in the safari planning process so there are no surprises down the track!
No. 4 Safari Concierge
Our guests gain exclusive access to our online safari concierge with user name and password. It’s a space for you to access your travel itinerary and information to ensure an effortless experience.
No. 5 Bon Voyage
Your final travel documentation complete with itinerary and tickets will be uploaded to the Safari Concierge a few weeks prior to travel so you are all set to safari.
No.6 Safari in Africa
Encompass Africa runs a unique program called GIA, Guests in Africa. You have 24/7 access to our Johannesburg office whilst travelling to ensure your comfort and safety at all times.
No.7 Safari Stories
