To sign up to the Encompass Africa eNewsletter, you are asked to provide your name and email address only. To enquire about a safari holiday using the full contact us form, we ask you to provide name, email address, telephone number and travel specific information such as number of travellers, ages, duration of holiday, city of departure (not actual address) and preferred travel style. At the point of booking, we collect more significant information from you including full names and passport numbers, frequent flyer numbers, travel insurance details including company provider and policy name and contact number. At the point of payment, we collect credit card information or you have the option to pay by direct electronic funds transfer.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To personalise your experience and ensure we provide the very best holiday (your information helps us to better respond to your individual holiday needs)
